Booking Terms

Payment & Fees

We require 100% down upon booking your reservation.

Cleaning Fee: $325

Security Deposit:

A $300 Security Deposit hold will be placed on your Credit Card 1 days prior to your arrival and will be released within 2 days after your departure as long as no damage was incured by the guest.

Cancellations

Cancellations before 60 days of arrival will receive a refund of 100% of the money paid. Cancellations 30 days before arrival will receieve a refund of 50% of monies paid. Cancellations within 30 days will receive no refund. All cancellations must be in writing and are irreversible. I highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen reasons for cancellation.

Natural Disaster & Unforeseen Circumstance

There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events that are out of our control. We highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event. Depending on the type of trip insurance you purchase, you are usually eligible to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount that we do not refund.

Rental Agreement & House Rules

The agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking to keep from cancellation.

All rules must be followed to avoid immediate eviction and termination of rental with no refund.

Up to 9 guests permited

Must be at least 25 years old to rent and must stay in the property every night of the booked dates.
